Are you passionate about transforming the livelihoods of small-scale fish farmers? Norges Vel Tanzania is looking for a driven and experienced Aquaculture Coordinator to lead their growing aquaculture portfolio and make a real difference in fishing communities across Tanzania.

About the Role

As Aquaculture Coordinator, you will take the lead in managing and expanding Norges Vel’s aquaculture programmes in Tanzania. Working closely with small-scale fish farmers, you will provide hands-on technical support, coordinate field activities, and help drive sustainable growth across the aquaculture value chain.

They are seeking a candidate with demonstrated experience in fish farming or aquaculture development. You should be comfortable working directly with farming communities and can coordinate projects efficiently in a field-based environment.
