AAN is a media, content, knowledge-sharing and ecosystem platform focused on agriculture, agribusiness, and related industries across Africa and globally. Our Platform may include:

• Advertising and sponsorship features
• Community engagement tools
• Business or partnership opportunities

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Discriminatory or hateful

All text, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and materials produced by AAN (“AAN Content”) are owned by AAN or licensed to us.

You confirm:

We may remove user content at our discretion.

5. DIRECTORY & LISTINGS

If you submit a business or organisation listing:

• You warrant information provided is accurate
• AAN does not guarantee visibility, ranking, or business outcomes
• AAN may edit or remove listings

AAN is not responsible for transactions between users and listed entities.

6. EDUCATIONAL & INFORMATIONAL DISCLAIMER

Content on the Platform is for general informational and educational purposes only.

AAN does not provide:
